Mike Sullivan is the Vice President of Sales for Payments at Transact. With the organization for 14 years, Mike has recruited, hired, and trained sales staff, implemented effective sales strategies and processes, and developed and executed various business plans and forecasts. He is currently responsible for managing a Sales team focused on new customer solution-based sales and is accountable for the management of the full sales cycle. Mike has successfully sold and managed in multiple verticals including the Financial, Higher Education, small business, and retail lending verticals. Prior to Transact, Mike was responsible for selling residential lending products at Citi and held the role of District Sales Manager at ADP. He holds a BS in Finance & Banking from University of Missouri – Columbia and received his MBA from University of Missouri – St. Louis.

Arrow Payments serves a diverse client base that includes Ivy League, BigTen, State Universities, and Community Colleges.

Monique Polas Assistant Treasurer, Carnegie Mellon University
Monique F. Polas is the Assistant Treasurer at Carnegie Mellon University, where she provides strategic leadership in the areas of debt and cash management and treasury operations and directs changes to financial processes and technology. Notably, she oversees the university’s payment card acceptance program to maintain security, enable submission of compliance reporting and reduce scope to limit risk, cost and administrative burden to the university. Monique has over 15 years of experience in financial planning and forecasting, capital planning, acquisition and divestiture management, and operational finance. She is a Certified Treasury Professional and has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. Since 2018, Monique has served on the Board of Directors for The Holy Family Institute and The Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh.

Becky Kellow is the Assistant Director of Treasury Services at Western Washington University in beautiful Bellingham, WA. Bellingham is 20 miles south of the Canadian border, about 50 miles from Vancouver British Columbia. Becky began her career at Western 15 years ago, bringing with her years of experience as a revenue auditor for the State of Washington and various customer service responsibilities in the banking and insurance industries. Beginning as the Supervisor in the University Cashier’s Office, Becky is now responsible for the University’s cash handling, eCommerce, PCI compliance, cash management, investments, debt, payment cards, accounts payable and ATM services. Western implemented Cashnet/Transact in December of 2008, where Becky was part of the implementation team. She has retained oversight of the Cashnet/Transact system ever since. Becky is a proud graduate of Western with a BA in Accounting and holds a CPA and CTP certificate.
